• When will registration for exhibitors begin?

  The sales system opens in January 2024, while if you are interested in a booth earlier, please contact our team.

• Until when is the promotional period?

  The lower booth prices are valid until May 31, 2024.

• Until when can I register my company's participation in the fair?

  It is best to apply by the end of May to take advantage of promotional booth prices. Meanwhile, we accept reservations through the Exhibitor Panel until September 16th. If you wish to apply after this date, please contact us.
  Remember that the later you apply, the less choice you will have in booth location.

• Can I come with my business partner/distributor/other company?

  Yes, provided you register this company as a co-exhibitor. You can do it free of charge (then the co-exhibitor will be visible in the list of exhibitors and will receive 1 badge) or you can purchase a registration fee for the co-exhibitor (the co-exhibitor will receive an entry in the list of exhibitors, an entry in the online catalog, a parking pass and a badge).

• I would like to make our presence at the fair visible outside the stand as well, what can I do?

  We have a wide range of indoor and outdoor advertising that will highlight your participation in the event. Check out our offers, especially packages!

   

• Can I advertise at a trade show without a stand?

  Yes, you can take advantage of some advertising options. To do so, please contact us.

• Can I order the construction of a stand according to my own design?

  Yes, we can build a booth based on the provided design or prepare a booth design based on customer guidelines.

• Why isn't my company on the list of exhibitors?

  If you have placed an order in the panel, and still your company is not visible in the list of exhibitors, it means that you have not completed the catalog entry in step 4.

• Until when can I edit my order?

  You can edit your order in the Exhibitor Panel until September 16th. After this date, we will close the system so that our technical department can start planning the organization of the booths and completing the necessary equipment.

• Can I buy extra badges and parking cards?

  Yes, you can buy them in the Exhibitor Panel, in step 5, until September 16th. You can also buy parking cards at the trade show reception.

• When and where can I pick up parking cards and exhibitor badges?

  You will pick them up at the trade fair reception desk in the EXPO Krakow lobby on the assembly day or during the trade fair. You do not need to give us registration numbers or types of cars.

• Can I eat something at the trade fair?

  During the fair, the Galicia restaurant on the 1st floor of EXPO Krakow is open. It is also possible to order catering for the fair stand, for this purpose please contact the organizer.

• By when do I have to pay for the order?

  The first part of the payment in the amount of 45% of the gross amount due based on the order in the Exhibitor Panel should be paid as an advance payment 7 days after confirmation of acceptance of the application. The second installment for the remaining part of the total gross amount due resulting from the order in the Exhibitor Panel should be paid by 11.10.2024.

• Can I pay for my participation after the trade fair?

  No. The condition for taking a stand is payment of the total order before the fair.

• Can I withdraw my participation at no cost?

  Exhibitors may cancel their participation in the fair without incurring booth costs by submitting a written cancellation 60 days before the start of the fair, i.e. by 16.08.2024. They will then receive a refund, but excluding the registration fee, which is non-refundable and mandatory.

• When does the assembly begin?

  For stand companies asembly starts on Monday, 14th October 2024. 

  Installation of exhibits by exhibitors is possible on October 15, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Details are available in the information sheets for exhibitors and stand companies.

• Can I send my trade show materials by courier?

  Yes, but exhibitors using courier companies are required to pick up packages sent in person or through the official trade fair speditor company Transmeble. The organizer is not responsible for packages sent to exhibitors, so no package will be picked up from the courier company by a TwK employee.

• I need to unload an exhibit with a forklift - who do I contact to report it?

  Contact the official shipping company of the fair - Transmeble. We, as a Targi w Krakowie company, do not have the ability to unload.

• Can I order additional components/media during assembly?

  Usually yes, but the number of available items is limited. We fill orders as we can and they are 50% more expensive (equipment) or 100% more expensive (water, electricity, compressed air).

• Can I leave materials/products at my booth overnight?

  Yes. There is monitoring in operation during the fair and we have 24-hour security.

• What hours does the trade fair take place?

  Trade show opening hours for exhibitors:

  - October 16, 2024, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

  - October 17, 2024, 8:00 a.m. - midnight

  
  Trade show opening hours for visitors:

  - October 16, 2024, 9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  - October 17, 2024, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

• When does the dismantling of the stands begin?

  Dismantling begins immediately after the end of the fair, that is, at 3:30 p.m. on 17.10.2024 and continues until midnight.
